Hey I'm Sarah.
I bring a unique mix of ex-Silicon Valley VC expertise, product design thinking, innovation consulting and full-stack startup execution—with roots in strategic product design and expertise spanning branding, marketing, and venture growth
I’ve led innovation for companies like Philips, co-developed the Human-Centered AI framework with AI Singapore, helped close $3M of deals at an $800M fund. From early stage investments, to leading c-suite innovation at Philips (Red Dot Experience Design Team of The Year 2023) and building 0 →1 products to late-stage products at Traceable and Nansen, I blend user clarity with investor conviction—helping founders turn vision into momentum.
In my time as a VC, I saw brilliant founders build powerful technology—only to struggle with traction.
As a product designer, I saw how poor UX and unclear positioning made even great tech feel forgettable.
And as a strategist, I saw launches fail—not from lack of effort, but from a lack of clarity and alignment.
